What Can We Help With?
Early Parenthood
Helping parents adjust to the emotional and practical changes of early parenting.

Support for the moments that feel harder than expected
Many parents find themselves facing emotions they did not anticipate, including anxiety during pregnancy, worries about their baby, birth-related trauma, relationship changes, identity shifts or the emotional demands of caring for a newborn.
These experiences are more common than many people realise, yet parents often feel they need to manage them alone. Little Hens Psychology provides a safe and caring space where parents can access compassionate support and build confidence through each stage of the journey.
At the heart of the practice is a belief that every parent deserves support, compassion and understanding. By nurturing the emotional wellbeing of parents, our practice supports the development of strong, healthy parent and child connections.
Just as a hen nurtures and protects her chicks, Little Hens Psychology provides a safe and caring environment where parents can feel heard, understood and supported.
